1. Start with your library
Use an existing Serato library or open a music folder directly. Your music and library data remain on your computer.
Cueport Direct
Open a music folder instead of linking Serato. Cueport builds a library from your files, no DJ software required.
Local audio analysis
Cueport Direct uses trail mix to compute BPM, key, waveform columns, and beatgrid markers from audio on your machine.
2. Prepare tracks on your computer and phone
Play tracks and work with cues and notes on either device.
Local playback
Play tracks from local files while browsing collections, with waveform context, cues, and beatgrid markers alongside the player.
Cue points and notes
Add or edit hot cues and notes whether you use Serato or Cueport Direct.
Phone companion
Send selected collections and their tracks to the phone app, where they are cached for browsing and playback. Phone edits can be sent back to the paired computer for review.
3. Review and publish changes
Send queued phone edits back to the paired computer. Review all pending changes there before updating Serato.
Local editing layer
Cueport marks pending edits so you can see what changed across tracks and collections.
Publish on approval
Serato edits write back to MP3s and crate files only when you choose to publish. Cueport Direct edits remain in their own database.
Backups and restore points
Cueport creates safety copies before updating Serato. Cueport Direct manages edits and restore points in a separate database.
